Amazing hardware store, must check it out. Super friendly and helpful staff all over the store. A polite and well educated employe usually greets you at the door and can tell you were practicly anything is in the store! I'm not sure if it's technically a Christian run store, but they do a wonderful job of displaying Christ in the way they serve you!

Every single employee that was anywhere near me, asked if I needed any help. They ALL are very knowledgeable. If there's anything you need, there's a very good chance you'll find it here. Lititz has more Ag stuff and is the flagship store so its bigger, but Mechanicsburg is also very well stocked.

Paul B is about the perfect hardware store in the area. They have a vast and large selection of everything. They have all the major brands of power tools and there full offer and they even repair tools as well. Something that is even more rare these days is excellent customer sevice. They have a knowledgeable person in every department ready to help you pick they right thing or solve one of your unique home or farm repair challenges. Stop in you wont be sorry.

Paul B. Hardware is what happens when Milwaukee tools, top tier customer service, and heavenly vibes all meet under one roof. As a Milwaukee fan, walking into this place feels like I died, went to heaven… and heaven runs on red lithium batteries. The Milwaukee selection is absolutely unreal. If it exists, they have it. If it doesn’t exist yet, they’re probably stocking it next week. And the staff? Straight up angels. Knowledgeable, friendly, and actually know what they’re talking about which is shockingly rare in hardware stores these days. Then there’s the free coffee. Not “sad corner coffee,” but legit, comforting, “you might stay longer than planned” coffee. Huge perk. What really sets Paul B. apart, though, is that their love of the Lord shines through everything they do, from how they treat customers to how willing they are to help you solve a problem without upselling nonsense. It’s refreshing, genuine, and honestly just makes the whole experience better. If you like Milwaukee tools, great people, free coffee, and leaving a store in a better mood than when you walked in… congratulations, you’ve found your hardware store. 🔧☕️🙏

I’ve used Paul B’s for years. Always a great experience that realistically warranted a positive review, but today MORE THAN warrants a 5-star review. My son’s favorite store has become Paul B’s. Every hardware run, tool run, coal run, he comes with and enjoys pushing a children’s cart through the store right behind dad. Today while checking out he insisted on buying a toy but I was already using what I had to buy coal. The employees were not only kind and patient with his brief breakdown when having been told we can’t buy it, but a register employee offered to use his own money to buy my son the toy he wanted. It’s his first real tool set. On the way home my son told me “I can help daddy with the house”. Thank you so much for what you and your employees offer to the community.

Outstanding store. I would give it 10 stars if I could. They have things no one else has. A true hardware store. And the employees ,,where do I even start. Been going there for well over a year and everyone one of them has be Nice, Friendly , and helpful. Even the young ones make eye contact and say thankful. My wife also loves the place. We go on date nights there. Even tho it's 45 minutes from home.

The employee was very helpful and yet not pushy with the purchase of my leaf blower. The stihl selection is great, the employees are helpful. They also have a huge selection of power tools and really almost anything you can imagine in a hardware store. If you have never been to Paul B you need to check the store out and I guarantee you will love it so much you will want to grab a Paul B t shirt and coffee on the way out
